    In order for shipping costs to always match your order, we have set them according to the weight of your purchase

    We pay a proportion of the delivery costs. For the remainder, we add to your order a contribution to the transport costs that varies according to the weight and the destination. The table below presents a summary of delivery costs

    Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your order (which can happen), it's easy! The best is to let us know as soon as possible and so that you can be reimbursed 100%.

    If the products have already been shipped, the shipping costs can be deducted from your refund as we too are not reimbursed for the shipping costs by the carrier for parcels that have already been shipped.

    Cancellation Policy

    We have an accommodative policy for returns, as we leave you 20 days to return your product if you don't like it.

    The 20 days to change your mind about your products counts from the date you received your parcel and not from the order date.

    PIB offers free storage for your products, the time needed until your projects or renovation work is completed. Your product will be prepared for you, reserved and placed in storage in our warehouse until the required delivery date.

    If you would like to benefit from this offer, please call us as soon as you have placed your order, in order to block the delivery.

    For weekends and holidays, please call us as quickly as possible on the next working day. If we do not receive the notification on time, we will not be able to stop the delivery process.
